I’ve bought a few pairs of boots in this price range before, and these feel solid overall. They’re comfortable enough and seem like they’ll hold up, but I did notice the stitching near the toe was a little uneven. It’s not a huge deal and doesn’t ruin the boots, but based on past experience I was expecting the finish to be a bit cleaner for the money.

I bought these for work, but the safety toe ended up feeling way too tight. After a few hours, it started rubbing my toes, and because they never really loosened up, they just stayed uncomfortable. For the price, I expected them to feel better. I ended up going back to my old boots

I just didn’t love the look of these boots. They felt kind of bulky on me and a little old-fashioned, which isn’t really what I was expecting from the photos. They looked nicer online, but in person the style just wasn’t something I’d actually wear. So yeah, disappointed.

My heels and knees were sore by the end of the day, almost like I’d been wearing cheap boots with no support. I wanted to like them more because the style is nice, but comfort-wise they just didn’t work out for me

I ordered my usual size, the same one that fits me fine in most other brands, but this one fit completely different. Frustrating when everyone else seems to be able to order their normal size and move on

I bought a pair from thorogoodusa for work, and overall they feel solid. On dry floors, they’re totally fine and I don’t have any issues. But on wet tile or greasy spots, I still slide a little more than I expected. They’re not terrible by any means, but for the price I thought the slip resistance would be better. Decent boots overall, just maybe not the best pick if grip is your biggest concern.

I’m not totally sure if I just got a bad pair, but the soles seemed to wear out way faster than I expected. After not much use, they were already starting to fall apart.

I had high hopes for these, but I’m confused by how little traction they have. On wet concrete they felt really slick, and I almost slipped twice. For work boots, that’s kind of the main thing I need them to handle, so I’m disappointed

At first I was happy with these boots because the fit is good and they feel sturdy overall. A couple hours in, my feet get noticeably warm, and on hotter days it becomes uncomfortable. I can still use them, but if your feet sweat easily, this could go from a small annoyance to a real issue quickly.

I really like these boots, but every time I go to order the size or style I want, it’s out of stock. I’ve been checking for weeks and it’s getting ridiculous. I just wish they kept more options available online because it’s frustrating when you’re ready to buy and can’t.

I ordered a pair of boots and figured the shipping would be standard, nothing special but at least moving along within a reasonable time. Instead, it took way too long just to even leave the warehouse, and the tracking sat there for days without any useful update.

I ended up having to email them myself, and the response I got was vague. The boots are probably fine, but common sense says if an order takes that long to ship with barely any communication, it’s going to make people think twice. I wouldn’t order direct from them again

I really wanted to like these boots, the fit felt decent at first. But for the price, the leather seemed thinner than I was expecting, and it started creasing noticeably after only a few wears. After a couple of weeks, the surface already looked dry and worn, even though I was just using them normally. i mean, I ordered my usual size from thorogoodusa and the toe box felt really cramped almost right away. After about 20 minutes just wearing them around the house, my toes were already rubbing. The boots look fine, but for work boots I can’t deal with a fit that uncomfortable. Not sure why the front is made so narrow, but I’m disappointed.

I wanted to give it a fair shot, but it started falling apart while I was at work. For something I needed to get through a regular shift, I expected it to hold up better. I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

I wish I hadn’t gone for it. I thought it would be fine, but weeks later it still hurts, and my first reaction is just… nope. Definitely not worth the pain for me.

I bought a pair of Thorogood work boots about 7 months ago, and at first I was happy with them. They broke in quickly, felt comfortable faster than I expected, and looked really solid right out of the box. That said, the durability has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The leather is still holding up alright, but the sole has started to separate a little near the toe, which happened sooner than I thought it would. I’m not exactly destroying these boots either, mostly warehouse work with some outdoor jobs here and there. For the price, I expected them to last longer without issues. They’re still wearable, and I wouldn’t say they’re bad boots, but I’m a little disappointed overall. My personal take: decent comfort, questionable durability, and not quite worth a 5-star rating for me.

I’m picky when it comes to shoes because comfort is a must for me, especially if I’m wearing them for more than a couple of hours. These looked good, but my feet started hurting after a few hours, which was disappointing. I expected better comfort for my personal standards.
